DTF

Direct to Film

DTF is considered a more advanced technology than older methods like screen printing or heat transfer.

Transfer

DTF printing involves printing a design onto a special film and then transferring it to a fabric using a heat press.

Application

It's a versatile method that works on various fabrics like cotton, polyester, blends, leather

Durability

DTF offers advantages like vibrant, durable, and stretchable prints, as well as efficiency and sustainability.

UV DTF

Ultra Violet Direct to Film or Product

UV Dtf printing is the latest techonology in product branding, no more weeding of vinyl and is waterproof

UV Curing:

UV DTF utilizes UV light to instantly cure the ink on the film, resulting in a durable and vibrant print.

Film Transfer:

The printed design on the film is then applied to the desired surface as a sticker or decal, rather than being printed directly on it.

Direct to Object:

The design gets printed directly on to the selected object, saving time and cost

Hard Surface Application:

UV DTF is particularly well-suited for decorating hard surfaces like glass, plastic, metal, wood, and ceramics.

Durability:

UV DTF prints are known for being waterproof, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant, making them long-lasting.

3D Feel:

UV DTF transfers often have a slightly raised, three-dimensional effect, giving them a premium look.

SUBLIMATION

Sublimation printing is a digital printing process that uses heat, pressure, and time to transfer dye onto different materials

Printing:

A design is created digitally and printed onto special sublimation transfer paper using sublimation inks.

Sublimation inks are unique because they turn into a gas when heated, rather than remaining a liquid.

Heat Transfer:

The printed design is placed on the chosen material.

Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press.

This heat turns the solid sublimation ink into a gaseous state, which then penetrates the material.

 Applications:

Sublimation printing is widely used for creating custom apparel,  items like mugs, phone cases, mousepads, and more.

The process is particularly effective for full-color designs and photos.

Benefits:

Creates vibrant, detailed, and long-lasting prints.

ENGRAVING:

Laser engraving is a process that uses a focused laser beam to create permanent marks, designs, or patterns on a material's surface.

It works by either vaporizing or melting the material, leaving behind a visible impression.

This technique is known for its precision, speed, and ability to create durable markings on a wide variety of materials, plastics, wood, acrylic and glass

etching:

Glass etching is a technique used to create designs on glass surfaces by removing the surface to create a frosted or translucent effect.

It involves using chemicals, abrasives, or other methods to corrode or abrade the glass, resulting in a permanent design.

This technique is used for both decorative and functional purposes, such as personalizing glassware

VINYL

Vinyl branding refers to the use of vinyl material, often in the form of stickers, decals, or wraps, to display a brand's logo, name, or other identifying information on various surfaces

HTV

Heat Transfer Vinyl, is a specialized type of vinyl material that adheres to fabrics and other surfaces when heat and pressure are applied.

It's commonly used for customizing clothing, accessories, and home decor items

Unlike adhesive vinyl, HTV requires heat to bond, making it ideal for creating durable designs on textiles.
